First and Last
 First and last months rent is required by the successful applicant before taking possession of the rental property. When the rental agreement is signed by both parties a deposit of last months rent is required. The first months rent is payable the day before possession. A key with be provided on the day of possession. (or in some circumstances before if the property is vacant)
